Accepting the provisions of 4B, Chapter 136 of General Law, Tercentenary Edition, as inserted by 3 of Chapter 207 of Acts of 1946 the same being "An Act relative to the licensed operation on the Lord's Day of bowling alleys." Accepted by the City Council December 9, 1946.
